Due to the perishable nature of our products and seasonal availability, exact flower varieties or colours may vary from those pictured on our site. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, plants, or container types with items of equal or greater value and similar style, ensuring the overall aesthetic and quality of your order is maintained.

5. Delivery Information

Delivery Areas: We offer delivery to specified areas within New Zealand. Please check our delivery information page on our site for details on serviceable locations and associated fees.

Delivery Times: While we aim to deliver within specified timeframes, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as traffic, weather, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Recipient Availability: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient or a suitable person is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, our delivery driver will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot. If this is not possible, the flowers will be returned to our studio, and a redelivery fee may apply or collection arranged.

Incorrect Addresses: Koru Blooms is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Any redelivery due to an incorrect address will incur an additional delivery charge.
6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence.

Each complaint will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues through replacement, store credit, or a partial refund, at our discretion.
